Production Diary: Day 1
12 June 2007 in Blog | Comments enabled
Day one is over and done with. It went about as well as you would expect a day one would go. We didn’t quite make our day, but the stuff we got looks amazing. All the actors did a wonderful job. That’s always a worry before production. “Did we cast the right people?” Now I can say that we did indeed.
The crew worked well together. Being a low budget indie, several of the crew are not that experienced and I think that slowed us down a little, but they are gelling nicely and don’t have any worries about the crew either. We do have a few veterans that are really saving our butts. All the footage we shot yesterday looks gorgeous.
Today we’re going to try to make up some time. We do have all the snake stuff, so we’re praying that the rattler is in a cooperative mood. That could really slow us down if it doesn’t want to perform this morning.
I guess that’s it for now. Stay tuned to find out how the snake was.

Hi to Josh & cast/crew,
I’m so excited to hear that filming has begun. You have my prayers that it will go as smoothly as possible. Is there any way that I can help?
Blessings,
Pamela Schwartz
